Clarity Security Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective for Qualified Referrals (as defined below) submitted on or after July 30, 2024

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Clarity Security's Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Clarity's Terms and Conditions, and Clarity's Privacy Statement.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

Clarity Security customers, friends, and prospective customers in the United States who refer a business for our identity governance (IGA) solution through the online referral form or in writing, including by email, to a Clarity Security staff member are eligible to receive a $50 Visa gift card.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

• Employees of Clarity Security, including their immediate family and household members;
• Employees of an authorized Toast partner, including their immediate family and household members;
• Individuals who are under 18 years old.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable referral amount listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a person that:

• You refer to Clarity Security either through the online referral form, or in writing, including by email to a Clarity Security team member;
• is not an existing lead in the Clarity Security system; and
• attends a Clarity demo with a member of the Clarity Security Sales team.

Verbal referrals will not be accepted.

Clarity Security reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Clarity Security's sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Clarity Security for at least six (6) months.

Rewards Disbursements

Referrers may be eligible to receive a referral reward for a Qualified Referral as set forth herein (the ”Rewards Disbursements”). Eligible Clarity Security customers, friends, and prospective customers may be eligible to receive a reward of a $50 Visa Gift Card for each Qualified Referral. 

Clarity Security will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a reward and reserve the right to disqualify any referrer at any time for any reason from participation in the Program for reasons including but not limited to Clarity Security's good faith belief that referrer has violated these terms. Subject to the terms herein, there is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible rewards for Qualified Referrals an individual may receive, while the Program is in effect. Each Reward Disbursement will be sent to relevant parties via email. 

Modifications

Clarity Security reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.
