Report Fraud and Abuse
Examples of Fraud or Abuse include the following actions against any employee, contractor, vendor, customer, or person involved with Clarity:
Discrimination of any person based on Race, Color, Religion, National Origin/Ancestry, Sex, Pregnancy, Disability, Sexual Orientation including Transgender Status, Age, Marital Status, and Familial Status.
Accepting or seeking anything of material value from individuals engaged witClarity.
Disclosing confidential and proprietary information to outside parties.
Misappropriation of funds, securities, or assets.
