Clarity Security Completes SOC 2 Type II Assessment for its Identity Governance Platform
[Austin, Texas] – [4/24/2023] – Clarity Security, a leading identity governance and administration provider, announced today that it has completed SOC 2 Type II assessment. Established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 examination is designed for organizations of any size, regardless of industry and scope, to ensure the personal assets of their potential and existing customers are protected. SOC 2 reports are recognized globally and affirm that a company’s infrastructure, software, people, data, policies, procedures, and operations have been formally reviewed.
“We are thrilled to have completed our SOC 2 Type II assessment at Clarity,” said Greg Glass, CTO of Clarity Security. “As a cybersecurity and identity management provider, we are dedicated to ensuring the privacy of customer data. This is a tangible example of our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance for our customers. We are acutely aware of the importance of safeguarding sensitive data. Even as we celebrate this achievement, we are continuously working to improve our security measures.”
SOC 2 Type II is a rigorous third-party examination that evaluates the controls and processes implemented by service providers to protect customer data. Completing the assessment demonstrates Clarity’s dedication to ensuring the security, availability, confidentiality, and compliance of customers’ data and environments. Clarity’s customers can rest assured that their data is protected by a trusted and secure platform.
“We take our internal security and compliance measures very seriously,” said Alexis Moyse, CEO of Clarity Security. “This assessment is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and we will continue to invest in our security measures to provide the best possible service to our customers.”
